“How to master Indian spices” at Zu Tisch Foodfestival, Germany

Together with the German brand “Spirit of Spice” I am hosting two workshops at the “Zu Tisch” Foodfestival with the topic “How to master Indian spices”. We will give an introduction on the history of spices, an overview on which spices are used and how to use them. Mastering the technique will be supported by showcasing a few simple recipes that can be recreated at home easily. I am excited seeing you all at the festival!
